Zamari from Stylelikeu.com from Stylelikeu on Vimeo.

Her name is Zamari Graham-Smith. Her whole aura is just so inspiring. It makes me want to be like her. Not copy her, or dress like her, or be like her literally… but have that sort of personal elegance. When she walked up those stairs in that knit cardigan and jeans, I was just like “yes”.

Such a brilliant minded woman, and a savvy ass dresser.

This is what people who love style should aspire to.

It's the confidence, charisma, charm, elegance, sophistication, and individuality.

You're style inspiration should never be your friends and peers, or the clothes literally. It's all about the personal elegance.
Someone who knows themselves and understands fashion can always tell the authentic from the lax or imitation.

When I see someone who's style is unique and commands my attention, it's always because of how they are carrying their look. Like Zamari's story about the eclectic girl she saw on the street, real individuality, originality, and personal style ends up becoming undefinable (and is very recognizable).
